Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Our Returns Department makes it easy to return your item! Most Cufflinks.com purchases can be returned provided they are in new and unused condition, and fit within the time frame of our return policy.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
   c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive your refund.

* Please note: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for refund, or within 30 days for store credit or exchange. If any exceptions to our return policy are made, your return may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Sale, special order, and personalized items are not subject to return or refund. Additional details are below.

REFUNDS

After a return has been received, it may take 5-7 business days for us to process. If using a credit or debit card, refunds will be credited directly to your account; however, it may take 3-5 business days for this to reflect on your statement depending on your bank's policies. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. If payment was processed via PayPal, we will process a refund back to your corresponding account.

An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of your delivery. Products returned for exchange must be in new and unused condition, and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

TIMING

For a refund back to your credit card or form of payment, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery of your order, must be in new and unused condition, and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Gift certificates and/or other items that carry financial value cannot be returned. Items returned within 30 days of delivery are permitted to be returned for store credit or exchange. Store credit will be valid for 1 year from issue date. Items returned for store credit must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories


If any exceptions to our return policy are made, your return may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

ENGRAVED/PERSONALIZED

Items that are engraved or any personalization made to them are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges due to the customization of each item.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Any items special ordered or made to order are not subject to returns, refunds, or exchanges.

USED & DAMAGED ITEMS

Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange (unless permitted by our warranty policy).

SHIPPING/HANDLING AND GIFT WRAP

If the return is a result of our error, process a return of the item with our Returns Department for a refund of the appropriate shipping and gift wrap charges. Shipping charges and gift wrap fees are not refunded otherwise. Please note that if you received free Standard shipping on your order, $5 may be deducted from your return amount.

*We cannot currently offer free return shipping from international addresses. International customers should contact Customer Service for the Return Form and will be responsible for return shipping costs.

TAX

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not subject to returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the item.
