Broken already

I love the look of these! I bought these for my husband, and he loved them too. However, he put them loose in his toiletries bag while he was traveling, and the backs broke off both of them. Mind you, he was not smart for packing them unprotected. I am surprised that they snapped so easily though. Disappointed. CuffLinks.com did approve an exchange.
