I ordered a personalized tie bar and it looks fantastic! I received a number of compliments the first time I wore it.
I have to give a lot of credit to Jelaiza, a Customer Service and Sales Representative, who helped me out with absolutely no issues. The original product was damaged, and I reached out to express my concern with the condition of the product with photos provided. Jelaiza reached back out to me early the following business day (as it was Christmas weekend) and was extremely helpful to resolve the issue and arranged a replacement to arrive overnight. Outstanding customer service and the quality of the product is amazing. I would recommend their products to others not only because of the quality, but also because of their initiative and steady communication to help resolve any issues with orders if they arise.
